"Getting Help from the Box Office Was Frustrating"
I had a disappointing experience trying to get help from the box office. I expected at least some basic support, but they weren’t helpful at all and it made the whole situation more stressful than it needed to be. Not a great impression

"Easy booking and kinda helpful accessibility info"
I used nycballet.com to get tickets and was happy with the experience. The accessibility info was easy to find, including wheelchair seating and elevator details, so I didn’t have to dig around forever.

I really enjoyed the ballet itself, the performance was beautiful and definitely worth seeing. That said, the seating wasn’t the most comfortable. After a while the seats started to feel hard, and the legroom was tight, especially if you’re on the taller side. I found myself shifting around a lot during the show. It didn’t ruin the experience, but for the price of the tickets, I was hoping the seating would be a bit more comfortable

I had to move my ballet tickets last minute, and it was... easier than I expected? The site laid out the options clearly enough, and customer service helped me get the exchange sorted quickly. The refund rules seemed fair too, which was a relief. Just made the whole thing a lot less stressful than it could’ve been.

"A really lovely holiday night with my family"
As a parent, I’m always hoping to find little moments that make a trip feel extra special for the kids, and this definitely did that. They absolutely loved it, and it brought such a warm, festive feeling to our Christmas trip. It ended up being one of those simple family memories I know we’ll talk about again

"Really fun mix of ballet pieces"
I had a great time at this. The mix of ballets was what made it for me, at first I thought I’d probably prefer the classics, but actually the newer pieces ended up being just as interesting, maybe even more. It never dragged, and the dancers made everything look so effortless. I’d definitely go again.

"Buying my ballet tickets was okay overall"
I ended up getting my ballet tickets without any real problem, which was the main thing since I’d already planned my evening around it and even checked dinner spots nearby beforehand. The site just felt a little slow while I was clicking around, and the checkout part was kind of confusing in a few spots. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it definitely could be a bit smoother

I went in really wanting to enjoy the show more than I did. There were definitely some dancers who stood out and had a lot of skill, but to me the whole performance felt a bit uneven. A few parts seemed rushed or not totally in sync, which made it hard to stay fully into it. I did like the music, but the energy dipped in places and the show never quite built up the way I expected. For the ticket price, I personally thought it would feel more polished and exciting overall.

"Smooth Entry, Just Trust Your Instincts"
Getting in was quick, and the security line moved along better than I expected. The bag check was simple too. It was just a little confusing at first figuring out where to go, but I trusted my instincts, followed the flow of people, and it worked out fine

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I’m relieved I gave it a try. The drinks were nice, grabbing snacks was easy, the bathrooms were clean, and the seats were comfortable enough to actually relax for a bit

I was surprised by how reasonable the ticket prices were for NYC ballet. I went with a cheaper seat because I didn’t want to spend too much, and I’m glad I did, the view was still really nice. For the price, it felt totally worth it and made me feel like I made the right call for a night out.

I really loved the cozy feel of this place. It has that beautiful old-theater kind of vibe that makes you want to slow down a bit and just take it all in. i kept looking around instead of paying attention for a second because the atmosphere was so nice

I went in with a few questions, thinking someone would be able to point me in the right direction, but wow, it felt like I had been dropped into the middle of a mystery with no clues. The staff barely helped at all, and I left feeling frustrated.

The seats looked decent online, but once we got there, the view was blocked a lot more than I expected. It was hard to enjoy the ballet when I couldn't really see what was happening on stage

"Great orchestra, though sometimes a little loud"
I went mostly for the ballet, but the live music ended up being a big part of the night. The orchestra had a really full sound and played very together, if that makes sense. From where I was sitting, a few parts were maybe louder than needed, but still it made the whole show feel extra special. I’d go again for sure.

I watched a show on nycballet.com and, the sound was great. I’m usually a little skeptical when sites make everything sound flawless in their promo wording, but the music really did come through clean. No weird echo, no random drops, nothing that pulled me out of it. It made the whole thing easy to enjoy from home

"Amazing dancers, but I left a little disappointed"
The dancers were seriously talented and you could feel the emotion in every move tonight. I just wish the overall experience had matched their energy, because I left feeling a bit disappointed
